OctaveXL – Delivering the Future

OctaveXL will bring to the market technology which will revolutionize everything we thought we knew about communications, security, data storage, and transmission, increasing relative speed and storage capacity by 200 times or more.

For nearly half a century, since the dawn of the internet, we have seen the inherent problems of the internet such as speed, data capacity, and security both remain a problem and intensify as we have become increasingly dependent on the underlying technology.

OctaveXL is developing technology known as Reciprocating Hyper Intuitive Predictive Code (RHIPcode) along with Digilogue2 language and a partner OS-8 operating system that will render digital storage, transmission, and data sharing, as we know it, obsolete.  This paradigm shift technology will provide both government and the private sector an unprecedented level of impenetrable security, data and storage capacity, and unimaginable speed and density for data transmission. 

Additionally, relative speed in transmission of data, as well as computer processing, will be increased by as much as 19,900%.  As an example, server farms with 100,000 servers could reduce that number to 500 servers.  This same formula could be applied to cellular phone technology, government agencies, and data storage anywhere for any purpose. This will deliver dramatic savings in energy consumption and save massive amounts of raw materials, making this, by default, a “green” technology.

With this paradigm shift technology we will easily solve the heretofore insurmountable problem of data transmissions from deep space and oceanographic research.  Additionally, the relative speed, and therefore data density transfer ability, will enable dramatic scientific and medical breakthroughs and will make possible remote and robotic surgeries in both suburban and remote locations around the globe.

This technology will provide cell phone providers the capacity and security they could only dream about with today’s technology.  Entire video or audio transmissions will be sent in nano seconds and unpack at reception points instead of streaming for the entire length of the data file.  But whether it is audio, video, battle plans, or financial data, it will arrive in unimaginable speed and with previously unattainable security.

OctaveXL’s RHIPcode will enable government agencies, defense agencies, financial and corporate entities to send one message to a thousand points and each will receive only that portion of the message meant for them. 

In short, this technology will quite literally change everything we know−or thought we knew− about data transmission.  For the Proof of Concept, we are looking for an investment of $5 million.  That investment will purchase 5% of the OctaveXL stock.  Our schedule calls for Proof of Concept to be finalized within 12-16 months of funding. 

It would be reasonable to ask for $10 million, even $15 million, for a project of this magnitude and importance but because of the experience and preparatory work done by those involved in this project, we believe that $5 million will be more than adequate for the Proof of Concept phase of OctaveXL’s RHIPcode, Digilogue2 language and OS-8 operating system.

Our stock and investment notes will be under separate cover, however, we anticipate an issuance of one million shares with a par value of $5 per share and a minimum investment of $50,000 or 10,000 shares.
